The site is situated on an extremely prominent position fronting the A38 on Carriers Road, the Egginton junction, located between Derby and Burton Upon Trent. The roundabout junction with the A50 and the Toyota plant at Burnaston are both within very close proximity. The A38 also provides direct access to J28 of the M1 to the north and Birmingham to the south.
Description
Omni Investments purchased the land unconditionally, consisting of a 2.25 acres Island Site fronting the A38 and accessed via Carriers Road. A planning application was made to develop the site into a car showroom with a pre-let agreed to Premier Car Supermarket. Having successfully achieved planning, Omni Investments proceeded to develop the site for Premier Car Supermarket who took occupation in October 2016.
